A beautiful river meets the light

Praises never cease

Dawn always pierces the night

What's through the gossamer veil?

A battle waging to no avail

For the cross said the final word

And resurrection power prevails

What's happening where I stand?

More than just what's at hand

Heaven merging with the earth

The kingdom in me surges forth

I speak aloud the gospel truth

I preach to me, I preach to you

I preach to angels to their delight

I preach to demons who quake with fright

The great preacher within me stands

And wins back ground for His command

Knees will bow, tongues will speak

And what's on that side

Stays on this side
